All Fill Model DHA Dual Head Inline Automatic Auger Filler for Container / Tub Filling Line. Line consists of: All Fill model DHA dual head auger filler with 10 gallon (38 liter) agitated hopper with level sensor, bottom up fill, all stainless steel contact parts, 48 inch diameter unscrambling feed disc, 12 inch wide x 9 ft long flat top chain conveyor with pneumatic pin indexing, 37.5 inch (950mm) elevation. Direction of feed is right to left. 8ft 6 inch Long conveyor section with Harlands Comet model 205RH Unit# 7800 wraparound, pressure sensitive label applicator equipped with Markem Smartdate 5 coder for label (max) 9 inch long x 8 inch wide. 6 ft Long conveyor section with All-Fill semi-automatic compression snap lidding station with operator lid placing station. 48 inch diameter accumulation disc. Last used in pharmaceutical application at up to 15 containers per minute for the following container sizes: 150 gram 15/MIN, 500 gram 8/MIN, 1 kg 5/MIN, 1.5 kg 4/MIN, 4.5 kg 3/MIN and 5kg 3/MIN, with a line rating for 1000 kgs per day of 150 gram tubs, and 2000 kgs per day of 5 kg containers. Line configured from right to left. Machinery includes electrical transformer from 60 hz down to 50 hz. 3/60/230/460V, and utilizes 80-90 psi compressed air.
