Approx 29ft powered pallet conveyor, approx 45in w x 20ft interlock plastic accumulation bed, Allan Bradley Panelview 1000 touchscreen operator interface, automatic vacuum slipsheet removal, pallet stacker, sweep arm discharge, 480 volt, 29 ft L x 45 in W (3) chain pallet infeed. Control panel includes, AB SLC500 controller (7) Allan Bradley Device net drives, Allen Bradley powerflex Controller all connected to a 3com network hub, General prints are available. The Model D4000 Bulk Depalletizer is designed to efficiently depalletize both round and non-round glass, plastic and metal containers at high speeds. The pallet hoist and containersweep are sensor feedback controlled with variable speed motor drives to allow for handling a wide variety of containers with quick and easy tool-less set-ups. The state-of-the art, user-friendly Allen-Bradley control system includes a Panel View to display machine status and diagnostics.The depalletizer container accumulation bed is designed for center or 90degree discharge to provide for plant layout flexibility. The machine can be configured for Z flow or C flow. Overall, the AMBEC Model D4000 Bulk Depalletizer is designed to provide the utmost in operational efficiency and plant layout flexibility. As part of your empty container handling system, it will enhance your production line with its efficiency, reliable operation, and flexible, clean design. Description of Operation: Full pallets of empty containers are placed on the infeed pallet conveyor, then travel to the pallet hoist and are raised to the level of the container accumulation bed. The slip sheet is gripped and the containers are swept off onto the accumulation bed. Slip sheets and top frames are removed by vacuum pickup heads and deposited in a collection bin during the sweep operation. Empty pallets are lowered, and then travel via the empty pallet discharge conveyor to the pallet stacker. Variable speed container accumulation bed to vary the bed speed to match the sweep carriage and minimize fallen containers. Container accumulation bed available in MatTop or Isometric air conveyor configurations. Pneumatic actuators on all non-motor driven moving parts, no messy, maintenance intensive hydraulics 10 inch minimum clearance under depalletizer for cleaning and sanitation. Shaft mounted motors on the Hoist, Accumulation Bed, and Sweep eliminating chain drives. Slip sheet and top frame separation and removal system.
