Bepex Hutt Mdl FP200 Extruder, 200 MM Dia Rolls x 800 MM Wide, DP Type Extruder w/ Cored Rollers, Jacketed Hopper and Die Housing, New PIV 5 HP 3/60/230/460 Drive, Unit has wiper bars that are spaced apart on approximately 1-1/8 in centers and are about 3/16in thick. They are half round stock bars. These bars are interlocked on cams which are mounted on both ends of the rollers. As the wiper bars turn towards each other and reach the 3 and 9 oclock positions where they face each other, they are practically touching. In essence no space exists between the rollers at that point. This is how the product gets extra compression prior to exiting the die.
