One set of tooling to produce (9) packages per cycle, side seal w/ (2) temp controllers, Side seal wheels have lined apttern, (2) seperate silicone rubber pull wheel stations for web tracking and tension, Rotary cross sealer w/ (4) lobed hubs and (2) temp controllers, Rotary quench sealer station w/ (4) lobed hubs, (8) stationary slitter assemblies, pnuematic actuated serreated knife assembly, One set of (9) fill tubes for liquid feed,Two roll assembly for up to 16.5 inch wide web. This design allows one roll to be pre-printed and registered while the other will be plain or randomly printed. Max roll diameter 16 inch on 3 inch ID core, has one set of nine fill tubes and photo electric eye registration. Electric: 3/60/230V, requires 1.5 cfm air at 80-90 psig.
