Complete Dual B C H all stainless steel confectionery cooking skid system. Consisting of two jacketed tanks with agitators, top of the range metering pumps, APV heat exchangers, swept surface cookers (Viscotators), E & H flow meters, temperature sensors, etc., jacketed pipework throughout and stainless steel control panel (HMI and PLC removed but can be replaced). Skid measures approx 3 m x 2 m x 3 m high designed for a nominal output capacity of 500 kg/hr. Never went into production but just carried out trials on Xylitol centres for chewing gum.
