Complete portioning and cooking line for processed eggs used in sandwiches. Consists of three zone oven with 39 inch wide stainless steel chain mesh belt. Oven has approx 10 foot 3 inch long infeed section with dual piston air operated depositor with product hopper. Each piston is approx 3 inch OD x 7 3/4 inch stroke for approx 22 oz which feeds through dual manifolds, each with 13 discharge nozzles. Also includes some molds for various size and depths of egg fill. Oven has chain mesh belt and each 8 foot long cooking zone includes three side mounted fans. Center section requires motors and drives for the fans. 33 inch long discharge section, overall length of oven approx 42 feet. Oven discharges onto a 42 inch wide x 16 foot long s/s mesh cooling conveyor with cross mounted 12 inch wide x 52 inch long chain mesh seasoning depositor towards the end. Liquid CO2 freeze tunnel, 42 inch wide s/s chain mesh belt, 20 feet long plus approx 5 foot long infeed section from cooling conveyor. Five top mounted circulation fans, three swing down access doors on each side of freezer. Also includes control panel for entire line.
