Cryovac Model 6570E S/S 24 in wide hot water shrink tunnel. 24 in wide and 16 in high product clearance. Designed to fulfill the need for a large tunnel to shrink the larger barrier bags. As product is being conveyed into tunnel on stainless steel rod conveyor, the bottom of the bag is shrunk by a hot water dip in the center of the tunnel and the top is shrunk by a top water spray. As hot water sprays from the top it accumulates in the dip section of the tunnel. Water is circulated from the sump and heated in a sparger tube and piped to the top spray. The temperature range is 150-205 degrees F with pump capacity of 48 GPM. 230V, 3Ph.
