The Doboy Stratus is an economical, flexible, easy to use and compact horizontal flow wrapper. The Stratus is unlike any other flow wrapper in its class. To increase flexibility and uptime, the Stratus wrapper uses the same Servo motor and PC technology found in high-end flow wrappers. Fast wrapper changeover and consistent packages (as a result of using the same PC and Servo motor technology used in higher end horizontal flow wrappers). Adjustable packaging film former reduces your investment in change parts. Snap-in infeed pushers increase uptime by reducing flow wrapper change over time. Pre programmable product set-ups saves labor by reducing packaging machine change over time. Automatic registering of printed films greatly reduces film waste. Film jog mode aids in making packaging film changes. Infeed conveyor with stainless steel product guides provides ample room for hand feeding and meets FDA sanitation requirements. Compact wrapper machine design is easy to move into smaller production areas. Automatic resyncronization speeds flow wrapper jam recovery and increases uptime. Two finwheel sets control shrink film tracking for consistent film feeding and quality package appearance.
