Drytec Design spray dryer system with 20 foot diameter T316L stainless steel chamber, spray nozzle product feed. Includes two 33 GPM feed pumps each rated for10,000 PSI, CIP spray nozzles and internal static fluid bed dryer. Externally also includes 30 million BTU/hr Maxon gas burner system with 75 HP Combustion AIF fan, 15 HP cooling ring fan, 30 inch x 12 foot stainless steel external vibratory fluid bed dryer with heating and cooling, 350 HP fan, 8 foot diameter x 6 foot straight height main cyclone, 14 foot diameter x 60 foot high s/s main dust collector with rotary air lock, 250 HP NYB forced draft fan. System also includes 30,000 BTU natural gas spent flake burner with drying loop, 10 inch dia x 10 foot long flake screw conveyor, 36 inch dia x 16 foot long s/s spent flake paddle mixer with 50 HP drive and fiber dryer surge hopper. Controls, ducting and numerous other fans, valves, etc. also included.
