E-Pak 6 Head Pressure Gravity Tri-Filler. Diving nozzle filler can use gravity, Moyno hygienic progressive cavity sanitary 316 ss pumps or pressure type of dispensing.Container size range: Pint to 2-1/2 gallon. Nozzles are 5/8 in Diam. Conveyor is 17 ft L x 7.5 in W. Hygienic design, 304 & 316 S/S construction, EPDM elastomers, PVC hoses w/sanitary tri-clamp fittings, Nema 4 electrical system, and PLC control w/ touch screen interface. Electrical: 230V/3P/60Hz, Full load current 20.3A, Air: 80-100 psi. The pumps are 15 gpm Moyno hygienic pumps (one per nozzle, 6 total) 304 S/S with EPDM elastomers. Equipment methods of operation: The filling heads when using the pumps work in a recirculation (bypass) loop and the nozzle have a valve which is opened for a set-able time to obtain the desired volume. Each head has its own pump and timer (HMI-PLC controlled). For gravity mode filling, there is no recirculation or bypass. The hopper has a control float and inlet valve to automatically keep the hopper level stable. The same nozzle valve and timers are used to allow the fluid to dispense for the desired filling time. For pressure mode, the hopper is pressurized (maximum pressure recommended is 15 psi) (blow-off safety set for 18 psi), pressure is automatically controlled by PLC, same nozzle valve and timer are used to dispense product.
