Exact-O-Mixer Continuous ingredients Mixer. 10 HP main drive with 3 HP dual screw drive, 10in Dia Outfeed with 43in L mixer shaft. 3in L loop style flights on mixer bar, with 3in L flights mounted inside of shaft. 8in infeed to dual screw drive. Ktron Pre-Mix system with (4) S/S 20 Gallon storage tanks and (4) American Lewa model EK-1 pumps (2 inline) and 2 motors. Ktron K2 volumeteric feeder with 4 1/2in diameter discharge and 9in diameter x 17in H S/S hopper with cover. 9in diameter x 6in D pre-mix bowl with 4 1/2in bottom discharge. A good mixing solution for baked snacks, pet treats, sweet goods, pizza and tortilla's. Continuous mixing provides a thoroughly consistent dough. The ingredients are wetted and pre-blended before entering the mixer cylinder. The dough is worked (a function of shaft configuration and shaft speed) as it moves down the length of the cylinder. At the discharge of the Continuous Mixer, fixed-size loaves of dough are cut continuously and moved to the downstream equipment arriving at the correct time, in the correct size. 230/460 Volts
