Insulated jacket, (4) 70 kW 316 stainless steel sheathed immersion-type 460V electric elements, NEMA 1 control panel complete with individual contactors and fusing for each element, step down transformer for control circuit; probe-type water level control; L404F operating pressure control, L404H high limit pressure switch with MR, Element Sequencer (4 steps), Contacts for remote enable/disable, boiler status, and general alarm; 4 in pressure gauge, quick and slow opening bottom blowdown valves, and ASME safety relief valve. Fulton Model VT-30 packaged duplex boiler feed system complete with 46 gallon carbon steel tank, welded stand, cold water make-up float switch with solenoid valve, water gauge glass and valve assembly, NEMA 1 control panel complete with pump motor starters, lights, and HOA switches; (2) 1-1/2 hp 460/60/3 grundfos boiler feed pumps (1/blr, 1 as back-up); all suction side piping including strainer and isolation valve; steam preheat kit. Fulton Model F-30 blow off separator described as follows: spinning action, baffle plate design, large open vent, compact size, 3x4 hand hole, constructed with heavy gauge steel and welded to ASME Section VIII specs, cold water inlet and cooling kit. Fulton Model FB150-900 WATER SOFTENER Twin tank alternation concept with meter initiation, fiberglass mineral tanks, motor driven control valve with fully adjustable regeneration cycles, self-adjusting backwash controller, timed brine refill control, high capacity polystyrene resin, rigid polyethylene brine tank with dust tight cover, factory assembled, tested. Fulton Chemical Feed System Suitable for most corrosive and noncorrosive solutions. The 50 gallon chemical feed tank is constructed of ultraviolet resistant, molded white polyethylene which includes a high rigidity black polyethylene cover with molded recess for mounting of pump and agitator. This is controlled by a water meter installed in the cold water inlet line to the boiler feed tank.
