Grote Model SNP505 S/S single station slicer with auger. Cantilevered design allowing it to fit directly over the production line to slice and apply a single log onto buns or a tray as they pass beneath the slicer. Ideal for sandwich lines, small pizza crusts and continuous dough lines. Adjustable up to 120 strokes per minute, product logs may be continuously loaded into the product holder while the machine is in operation. The frame can be reversed for right or left hand operation. Maximum product size 5 inch x 4.8 inch, 26 inch tall product holder, variable slice thickness up to 3/8 inch.
