Hobart Model HCM300 30 Quart S/S Bowl Chopper. 17 inch diameter by 10 inch deep (30 quart) stainless steel mixing/cutting bowl with hinged, gasketed, and locking clear plastic top cover with hand-crank mixing baffle to move product to the included center-bottom mounted S-shaped two-blade cut/mix knife. 90 degree tilt to dump discharge. Cut mix and blend in seconds. Includes operator controls with jog, run and 5 minute timer settings. Manufacturer offers attachments / accessories such as a knead/mix attachment for dough. The machine rests on a sturdy powder-coat finished steel support frame, and is complete with a 5HP 230 volt 3 phase single speed drive.
