Ilapak Eagle / Delta Systems High Speed Automatic Horizontal Flow Wrapper. Capable of production rates up to 240 PPM. Equipped with dual arbor film feed, film splicer, printed film registration for 12-1/4 in web width structured film and Video Jet 1610 Ink Jet code printer. 2 up, 3-1/4 in wide end seal crimpers with horizontal lines and serrated knife cut-off. Infeed is 68 in Long, on 5-7/8 in centers with 2 in high pin lugs on 6 in centers. Infeed is equipped with a Houdijk Holland 4 row automated biscuit cracker feeder for variable height stacks. Infeed also equipped with an air knife reject for over-height stacks. Last running biscuit cracker approximated 2 in x 4 in in variable height stacks up to 2 in, Cracker feeder has AB Kintetic 6000 servo motion drives, Wrapper has Rexroth servo motion Indradrives. Controls are Allen Bradley PanelView plus 1000 HMI, and Allen Bradley CompactLlogix L435. 3/60/480 Volt.
