Kalish Filtronic (6) head S/S gear pump filler. Refurbished in 2009 mechanically, electrical and pneumatically. Stainless steel cabinet, 6 stainless steel gear pumps 12 liter/min and 6 shutoff nozzles, can be upgraded to 12 pumps and 12 nozzles. Bottom-up fill, 11 ft long S/S conveyor with 3 1/4 in wide tabletop belt, automatic gaiting system, 50L SS316 product transfer tank with 8 tri-clamp exits and a level sensor, electrical panel with PLC Allen Bradley and HMI type PV1000, 208V, 3ph, 60hz. Currently set up with six 16 mm OD nozzles, each 23.5 inch long.
