Kaps All Fills All Model VOL328, 20 head fully automatic inline volumetric piston filler with 20 oz pistons. 1/2 in Nozzle opening and 35 in L nozzle rail. Includes two 30 gallon T304 stainless steel heated supply tanks with float sensors, adjustable bottom up fill or non diving nozzles, no bottle-no fill, water tight NEMA 4 control panel, left to right travel of 4.5 inch x 19 foot long with variable speed drive and adjustable side guides, nozzle rack for spacing of 1-24 nozzles, fill cycle counter, automatic bottle indexing system, air supply switch and filter, adjustable suck back design on pistons, reinforced hose for hot fill. Can operate on two separate products as two ten head units, can take up to 24 pistons and nozzles. Each section capable of 60 BPM depending on product and size of fill, for total of 120 BPM. All stainless steel frame on casters. Uses 1/60/110V and 3-4 cfm at 80 psi.
