Kartridgpak Chub Model # 43 Machine Machine is the stainless steel model and has the following: C-4 Clipping Head-.091 wire size 1.25 inch clip length Registration Control Heated Piping Heat Seal Clutch Brake Heavy Duty Voider Product Piston A Kartridgpak Technician recently meticulously reconditioned this machine. New lower end parts for clip forming, clip carrier, wire feed, and Geneva shaft. New cam followers, hand wheel bearings, gears, shafts, shaft oilers, timing belts, clutch brake rebuild with new valve. Electronics have new three-card registration control for registered film, lights and circuit boards all in great working order. SCR Motor controller for film speed, new heaters, water temp control and water level sensor for heated pipe all working perfectly. New ledgen plates and speed dials, front doors and door switches. The cabinet heater is also working well. All electrical connections and wiring is intact and working well with all original wire numbers and labels. Film drive and voider assembly recently rebuilt. New voider gearbox shafts, bushings and gears. Voider arm bushings and sector gears also replaced. Voider air cylinder valve and cylinder mount all new. Film drive assembly has new drive wheels, new bushings, bearings, shaft, and seals, key ways and gears. Air cylinders for drive wheels new. Squeeze roller, roller bushings and gears all new. Reeves Drive variable speed clamp motor and Horton clutch brake have new air valves, belts, exhaust valves, clutch brake has new bushings and seals. Main drive belt is new. Model # 43 machine includes all gathering plates, pins, punches, and knife. This machine has the capability to make 1 inch to 4 inch diameter packages. It includes one set of sizing parts for 5 lb and 10 lb chubs and there are 1 lb and 3 lb sizing parts available. This machine is in great condition and is ready for production. Machine includes piping from v-mag to top of KP. All piping is water-jacketed. All pushbuttons and safety switches and safety placards are working and intact.
