Batch kettle fryer system consiting of 2 fryers, privately manufactured as a clone of the MacBeth MOV style. Cooking surface about 46 inch wide x 80 inch long. As a system includes Maxon burners, UV flame safety, JD automatic stirring units. PLC controlled, also has built in discharge conveyors, 2.5 inch drain valve, slopes to one end for oil drainage. Raw product infeed belt conveyor and Vanmark orienting roll hopper feed conveyor for potatoes also included.
