Marchesini Model MA352S Automatic Horizontal Vial/Bottle Cartoner. Equipped with the following: Bottle loader with timing screw; Leaflet feeder; Sheet feeder; Label coder; Laetus Barcode Scanner. Capable of speeds up to 400 cartons per minute. Horizontal Carton size range of 25mm - 70mm length, 15mm - 85mm width, 65mm - 150mm height. Has wormscrew container infeed, sheet fed leaflet feeder, Markem Laser coder, Laetus Argus bar code scanner. 3.75 in centers, 6.5 in wide buckets. Currently set up for tuck style cartons. Last running diabetic vials in a WFI Pharmaceutical Injectible Packaging Operation. Uses Allen Bradley SLC 5/05 PLC controls. 3/60/480V.
