Martin Petersen CIP system consisting of: (1) Martin Petersen 350 gallon 304 stainless steel tank, 44 in diameter x 52 in straight side, flat top, dished bottom. (1) Waukesha centrifugal pump, driven by a 15 hp xp motor. (1) Enerquip U-tube heat exchanger, shell and tubes rated 150 psi at 375 degrees F. NB# 3349, Serial# 4575. Year 2000. (2) Wilden air operated diaphragm pumps and control panel. Mounted on a stainless steel frame. Includes miscellaneous piping and valves. Built 2000.
