Mercer 1,600 pound total capacity spiral ribbon cooker blender with dual 400 Kg - 880 pound capacity troughs. Each trough has two 11 KW - approx 15 HP SEW motors. Each trough has live, direct steam injection and 150 mm dia - approx 6 inch twin screw discharge to dual end door discharges. Four steam injection ports in each side of cooker. CIP system spray balls included. Last used on cheese. Two troughs were last operated together, can be separated to operate independently but only being offered as a system
