Meyer (unused still in MFG crate) 11.5w x 94in L & 4.5in deep all s/s dimple and insulated pan Vibra-Flex VFII-12-9 vibratory Conveyor, s/s peaked covers with quick release clamps with UHMW inserts between pan and cover, s/s frame, 10.5in W x 11.25 in Long Top infeed with 10in dia bottom discharge, covers have 3/4in pipe steam or clean out inlets, sprayers, Drive components QE drive motor pulleys, belt and guards are installed, ground strap is bolted in place. Unit has two adjustable slip style floor supports 230-460 volt, 2.8amp, 1.4amp at 460 volt, 60hz, 3 phase, 1hp, 1725 rpm. approx 1036 rpm vibration, the VIBRA-FLEX II from Meyer is a unique vibrated base frame conveyor. The VIBRA-FLEX II utilizes an efficient vibrated base frame design that delivers consistent sympathetic vibration to the pan through the springs. No heavy structural support is required. The VIBRA-FLEX II also features all stainless steel construction, allowing for easy washdown and an overall sanitary conveying system.
