Nowicki Model MHM39/156MP stainless steel injector for uniform and high efficiency injection to bone in and boneless meat and poultry products by smooth brine pressure control and highly efficient stainless steel centrifugal pump. and maximum output is 7,700 lb/hr. The injection needles are mounted for easy change over and sanitation. There are 39 needle insertions in the top and 108 in the bottom. The injector has 39 double needles with 78 injections into the product with an 8 inch stroke height. Injection valves cut off the flow of brine to individual needles when they contact bone. Multi-filtration of recirculated brine. There is a 15 inch wide mechanical speed control conveyor. The volume of injection is from 6% to 60%. Electrics are 3/60/460V with 12 amps.
