P D C Model R200 Sleeve Labeler Up To 200 BPM with Registration. Includes one set of change parts for 380 ml glass containers and set to operate at 85 BPM and up to 110 BPM max. Has tooling for 131 mm layflat at 2 mil film thickness and up to 140 mm label height. Can also do tamper evident height bands. Machine includes center mounted blade, two Simco static eliminators, two automatic band positioners, dual bottom unwind drive. Also inculdes registration, choke feed, dual speed operation, downstream product sensor, bar touchscreen PLC with servo drives and Danfoss VFD, status indicating light, clear plastic inspection unit with splice inspection, rejection and eject tray and one set of barrel spacers.
