Pace M400 OTC unscrambler with Pace BA0-OTC Bottle Axial orientation exit station , 42 in centrifugal disc, Electric: 1/60/220, Air requirement: 80 PSI, Speeds 90 to 120 BPM, Includes: Pace BA0-OTC Bottle Axial orientation exit station used to orient non-symetrical bottles about their vertical axis so that they are in one direction. Last used with 12 oz round, 12 oz oval, 22 ozTrigger, 32 oz trigger, 40 oz handle Bottles, A linear bottle path enables accurate positioning as bottles approach the qualifying arm. Bottles are fully controlled by belting as they exit the sorting bowl. Energy consumption by Pace Unscramblers is extremely low since open air jets are not part of the standard design. Normal machine electrical consumption is less than three KVA. All Omni-line models have a low profile that makes changeover and operation a friendly process. All areas of the equipment can be reached safely without ladders. Typical changeovers require only 10 minutes. Pace has segmented the tooling disc so that only lightweight plastic rings need to be exchanged. Omni-line models have tool-less changeover that permits an operator to do the work otherwise handled by line mechanics.
