Single pass bag or pouch chiller. 112 inch wide x 32 foot cooling length polypro conveyor belt on 2 inch pitch with 10 inch perforated stainless steel flights on 24 inch centers. Plastic guides on each side of belt. Housing consists of non-insulated s/s shell w/angle rib reinforcement. System designed to process approx 7500 pounds/hour with 45 minute retention time for 4 pound bags. Housing sloped 2 inch for drainage. Also includes two 10 HP utility water pumps each rated 333 GPM at 800 ft. head. System also includes support structure for falling film chiller near discharge end, 16 inch wide T304 s/s USDA water flume, 24 inch wide x 15 foot long all S/S USDA discharge conveyor for bags/pouches with white polypro belt, 18 inch wide all S/S USDA inclined feed conveyor with PVC belt, 3 inch flights on 12 inch centers, 12 inch infeed height and 96 inch discharge height. Also includes water chilling system consisting of Turbo Refrigeration heat exchanger, model HTDF-96-18-16-DX, Evaporator from Century Refrigeration, model DM160H4, test psig 450 H.S. and 180 L.S., 3/60/460V power supply and four Copeland 45 HP compressors.
