PRODO-PAK MdlPV 215 CSW-4 vertical form fill and seal machine, for liquids utilizing a piston metering pump, 120-200 ppm (30-35 cycles per minute) in its current set up in a 4 across or 4 up configuration. 43in Max web width, 20in Maximum OD, 3in or 6in core ID, 16 in seal bar Package length to 18in, It forms pouches utilizing a set of platen seal dies. The machine can be run six up. Production rates can be increased with optional equipment to produce additional pouches per machine cycle. Electrical requirements are 220 volt AC, 3 Phase, 60 Cycles, 40 Amps, Omron PA203 PLC CQM1H-CPU-1-1, C/S Frame w/ S/S contact PArts, Unit was originally a 6 up machine that Prodo Pak converted to a 4 up machine for wide pouches. Unit was rebuilt in 2006
