Regal S/S Pickle Spear Cutter. Specifically designed to cut elongated products such as Pickles and Zucchini in 1/2, 4th, 5th, 6th, segmented patterns. The cutter is equipped with a 3/4 Hp. electric motor which drives the feed rolls and can accommodate various dimeters of product such as small pickles approximately 3/4″ Dia. to 4″ Dia. round product in varying lengths. The simple design allows for easy changeovers between cut configurations and adjustment for varying dimeters of product. The machine is all Stainless Steel Construction with a stainless cutting chamber and blade assembly. Blades are designed to be switched out easily with simple tooling. Cutting chamber is fully enclosed, includes safety package with magnetic disconnects and E-Stop. Simple operator controls with speed adjustment and push-button controls to Stop and Start the machine. Capable of being integrated into an automated line controls. Overall Dimensions: 48″ Long (End of Infeed Guard to End of Discharge Chute) x 28″ Wide x 74″ Tall (Adjustable Legs Approximately 8″ of adjustment in leg.). Required utilities are 3 Phase Electric, 230 volt or 460 Volt.
