Safeline Model ZPMFZ200P5M Inline Flow Through Metal Detector. 8in diameter x 9 3/4in deep aperture. Remote control head, 4 mounting tabs, M/C # 031, PWR/DR # 188, OOBV= 230mv, Ref Phase 2402. 115 Volt Single Phase. Safeline Zero Metal Free Zone (ZMFZ) detectors are designed to meet the ultimate inspection standards for food processors. Internal Cancellation Field (ICF) technology eliminates interference from nearby metal structures. Designed for installation with limited space. A Mettler-Toledo Safeline Throat metal detector can require as little as 200 mm of vertical installation space between a multi-head weigher and the forming tube or throat of a vertical form, fill and seal machine. On detection of contaminants the metal detector signals the packaging machine to stop, make a double bag or alternatively operate a synchronised automatic reject device positioned further down the line.
