SASIB conveyor oven last used for pizza crust. 42 in W belt, 35 ft long baking area, maximum 3 inch product height. Gas fired, impingement type design. Oven in 3 sections, more may be added if necessary. This oven chain is a C/S flat wire type of belt, it is designed to have pans used on it. It is not for direct product contact. The conveyor speed range is somewhere between 1 minute and 10 minutes but is controlled by a AC variable speed drive, so the baking time could be made longer if needed. Temperature range could be between 150 and 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Electrical power supply is 460 volts, 3 phase @ 125 amps. The maximum gas consumption at high fire for all three burners combined would be 1.5 million BTU.
