Scholle Model AF102LA Dual Head Aseptic Filler Packaging Machine. Designed for the filling and sealing of low acid foods with the additional capability of high acid product packaging. The product is filled into pre-sterilized plastic, or metalized laminated plastic bags. The filling port, or fitment on the bag is sterilized by steam at the time of filling. This machine is equipped with a system of monitors and controls interfaced to a programmable controller assuring aseptic conditions during filling operations. A Panel View interface and manual devices provide the operator with the control functions necessary for the sterilization, manual operations, and flush/CIP.
