Sealed Air Corp Instasheeter High Speed Converting System, numeric touch pad control, 1/115/60, C/S Stand. Production Rate: 20 sheets 24in long per minute, 30 sheets 12in long per minute, 50 sheets 6in long per minute. Material Width: 6in minimum to 24in maximum. Converts all Sealed Air flexible wrap materials from 1⁄32in to 1⁄2in thick, in widths up to 24in. Changes easily from one material to another without adjustments. Produces up to 50 ready to use sheets per minute. Operator can pack directly from Instasheeter system into box, resulting in more packs per hour with fewer people. Computerized control panel can be programmed for batch mode or preselected sheet sizes to eliminate waste and reduce material costs. Provides packaging materials online,onsite and ondemand,saving storage space,reducing inventory requirements and improving overall production efficiency at the packing stationThe Instasheeter system is ideally suited for online and work cell packaging applications. At the touch of a footswitch, it quickly converts rolls of Bubble Wrap cushioning and Cell Aire foam products into custom cut sheets that provide excellent surface protection, cushioning or dunnage for small to medium voids
