Shanklin Model F4A Horizontal Flow Wrapper. Package Sizes Minimum 1.5 in W x 1/8 in H x 3 ft L. Maximum 16 in W x 6 in H x 48 in L. End seal dimensions are 6 in x 16 in. (NOTE that this is the exact height and width of the end seal opening. Package dimensions would be slightly less) Package circumference cannot exceed 38 in. Delivery system is an 8′ L lugged/flighted infeed. Speeds up to 75 PPM, depending on product. Split-belt end seal area with an optical sensor to detect end-seal placement which makes it very easy to adjust package seal length and bag length. Unit comes with 7 miscellaneous extra forming heads.
