Uni-Spense 23in Centrifugal Batch Roto-Coater System This nifty unit is perfect for applying salt, dry coatings or seasonings on dry on foods. The machine can run from 5-800 pounds per hour. The product to be coated is loaded into the large surge hopper where the product is weighted by an Allen-Bradley scale then dropped into the centrifugal coating chamber. In the coating chamber the wet ingredients or oils are released from the 20qt. liquid applicator into the chamber. At the same time dry ingredients are released from the 1.5 cubic Uni Spense food dry ingredient reservoir. The fully automated control panel alerts the operator of low levels in both the dry and wet ingredient hoppers. Purchased new in 2008 this unit was in service for less than a year before being put in storage. This coater and is in excellent working order as you can see from the attached videos and pictures. We have full blueprints, owner’s manuals and specifications on site. System requirements: • 230/480 volts, three phase, 60hz • 2.0 S.C.F.M of compressed air at 80 @ P.S.I.G Dimensions: 68in wide x 78in deep x 117in tall The coating system is made up of the following components. • 23in stainless Stator and Rotor • Stainless Steel Frame • Lift away Stator for cleaning • NEMA type 4 stainless steel control panel • AB 1500 Micro Logic Control Panel • Recipe driven for multiple recipe’s o Controls rotor speeds o Controls one liquid applicator system, one for oil o Controls Powder Feeder o Controls Product infeed Scale • AC wash down motor • One-(1) Liquid Application System. Includes pump, pump to stator hoses, and controls • One (1) Spinning Disc for liquid application • One (1) 20 quart oil reservoir to supply pump • One (1) Uni Spense I Powder applicator for salt OR seasonings. • Infeed product weight control with surge hopper • Refill control for optional vibrator refill feeder • Leg Kit to raise machine for discharge into optional take-away conveyor
