Super HES with HS6406D combination system running at an approx rate of 40,000 cpd complete with approx 300 fishtail 477mm molds. Complete with cooling system upgrade and new 2 hp hydraulic drive. Hot fill with diving nozzles (can be set for top fill), 12 cavities per mold, Agitated s/s jacketed fill hopper with heated pistons, 3 pass cooling tunnel with 2 top mounted chillers, bulk container incline feeder, 24in vibratory bowl, auto insertion / combination system and discharge with approximately 18ft discharge conveyor complete with 4 station flamer, side belt transfer station and approximately 8ft dual sided pack off area. Unit comes complete with s/s mold washer with high pressure pump, timer. Approximate overall floor space of 30ft x 12ft, separates easily into 4 sections of easy shipping.
