Universal Pack Model ALPHAM6B Alpha (6) Lane Stick Pack Machine. The ALPHAM6B is a 6 lane unit set up for granular and free flowing powders using the Volumetric Oscillating Cup Doser type filler for free flow powder method. Capable of speeds from 40 to 100 cycles per minute depending on stick length. Stick size range: width 12 mm to 74 mm, length 30 mm to 200 mm. Dose volumes up to 200 grams. Maximum sealing width of 600 mm with a max reel diameter of 1200 mm. Currently tooled for 6 up, 305 mm web, 4.5 gram dose packs in a finished sachet size of 23 mm flat width x 115 mm L. Equipped with tear notcher. CE Certified. Includes air compressor. 3/208/60.
