Approximate 3-12gpm liquid capacity; approximate 30lbs/min powder capacity; 316 stainless steel contact parts, 304 stainless steel non contact parts: 1″ inlet and outlet sanitary connections; V-belt drive; 6500 rpm rotor speed; 304 SS base (Bead Blast finish), with two (2) 3″ Swivel/Brake Casters, two (2) 3″ Rigid Casters. Driven by a 3hp, 3/60/460 volt, 3600 rpm XP motor. Engineered to disperse even the most difficult to wet powders into a liquid stream in a single pass. The advanced design of the ZC Dispersers rotor/stator reactor provides intense shearing of powders prior to hydration. This leads to homogeneous suspensions free of lumps and fisheyes”.
