Urschel Model HS S/S slicer. All stainless steel contact parts, maximum slice thickness 3/4 in, maximum product diameter 5 1/2 in, able to make slices the full length of oblong products such as potatoes, carrots and pickles but product must not be longer than 5 inches, 7 in feed drum, discharge chute, 2 HP motor drive, stainless steel frame, outboard control panel, no legs, feed hopper.
