Urschel Model HX Continuous Operation Dicer. 51in L x 6in W x 33in H rubberized infeed conveyor. Includes feed roll, crosscut and circular knives. Maximum product thickness is 3/4in or 1 1/8in depending on cross cut knives used. Baldor 2 HP motor, 208-230V/460V, 5.7-5.4/2.7 Amp, 3 Phase, 60 Hz, 1725 RPM, TEFC housing. Mounted on S/S frame with casters. Wired 230V. A uniform, constant feed of dense moist product at maximum thickness of 3/4in will yield up to 14,000 pounds per hour. Thinly sliced or bulky products may yield capacities as low as 500 pounds per hour. Suited for cutting soft or fragile products including cooked or frozen tempered beef, eggplant, table ready meats, onions, peaches, pears, pineapple and cooked, deboned poultry.
