Wolverine Jet Zone 39ft long natural gas fired 3 zone conveyorized drying oven, 54in wide cloth mesh conveyor, top mounted heating unit with S/S plenum chambers, S/S and high temperature fiberglass enclosure, mounted on S/S support legs including free standing electrical control panel. Process feed rate is 5,143 lbs per hour (65% moisture). Dryer air tempature 300 Degrees F (normal operating), 400 Degrees F (design maximum). Velocity is 500 feet per minute. Burners are Maxon 425, 2.5mm BTU/hour each, 7.5mm BTU/hour total. Natural gas fired at 7,500 cu.ft per hour total. Electrical is 480V, 3 phase, 60HZ. Circulation Fans- Three 40HP TEFC.
