SIG Model HBL Horizontal Flow Wrapper for Hermetic Packaging. Capable of speeds up to 150 packages per minute. Has a package size range: 2 in-20 in (50mm - 300mm) length; up to 4 in (120mm) wide; up to 3.94 in (100mm) height. Has a long dwell walking beam or box motion hermetic sealing jaw. Film web width: up to Maximum 16 in (400mm) on 3 in (76mm) diameter core. Uses Allen Bradley Logix5561 PLC controls. Has automatic three belt servo infeed with integrated MGS rotary placer. Equipped with servo drives, film registration, dual web arbors with automatic splice table, Video Jet Data Flex Date Coder with HMI control panel. Includes a Thermo Dynamics Portable Chiller. 480 V, 3 Ph, 60 Hz.
