The appropriate gripping belts guide the container securely through the completion unit where a press down belt snaps the caps into place. The Snap Capper has a power height adjustment to accommodate containers between 2 in and 14 in high and the unit can be adjusted to place caps with diameters between 10mm and 110mm. The press down belt and gripper belts are independently adjustable to increase container stability and the operators ability to control the capping process. Rated up to 200 CPM.
