Trough dimensions: 60 in L x 41 1/2 in W x 42 in deep, 18 in W x 9 1/2 in H flush End Bottom outlet w/ Pnuematic operated cover, Bottom Dimpled jacket rate 150 PSI @ 400 deg F, 3 in dia triclamp bottom end outlet ( currently plugged), side top 3 in dia sanitary threaded port, scrape agitator blade w/ plastic scrappers and 30 in L x 1 in x 3/8 in thick bar connected to 3 in dia S/S shaft, 2 HP 3/60/460 drive, (2) piece S/S hinged Cover, S/S frame.
