Urschel Model RAA S/S Frame Continuous Operation Dicer, 3 HP, 14in x 12in feed chute. 7.5in W x 5in D discharge chute. Maximum input product is 3 1/2in in any dimension. Dicing Cuts: Slice thickness: 1/16in to 3/8in. Circular knife cuts; 1/8in to 1in. Crosscut knife cuts; .05in to 3in. Produces a range of dices and strip cuts for products such as fruits, vegetables, nuts and processed meats.
